Your Day-to-Day Impact

- Coordinating the maintenance and reliability of mobile plant and nominated fixed plant assets.
- Developing and improving preventative and scheduled maintenance programs.
- Monitoring equipment performance, utilisation and maintenance trends.
- Managing contractors and ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality delivery of maintenance services.
- Supporting asset lifecycle planning, capital projects, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Coordinating procurement of parts, equipment and specialist services.
- Driving a strong safety culture through risk assessments, permit systems and compliance activities.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Expertise You Bring

- Technical or Engineering Trade Qualification (Heavy Duty Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter or similar).
- Current MR Class Driver's Licence.
- Knowledge of relevant statutory legislation and regulations, including Motor Vehicle Standards and Mine Safety requirements.
- Strong maintenance planning and contractor management experience.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call roster.
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including experience processing Purchase Orders (POs) and working with Microsoft Excel.
