Construction & Civil Labour Opportunities

KPI Group is seeking experienced, multi-skilled construction and civil labourers for upcoming and ongoing projects across the Gold Coast.

We are looking for motivated, reliable, and safety-focused candidates who can work independently, follow site instructions, and consistently deliver quality outcomes as part of qualified site teams.

Positions Available (Multiple Roles):

- All-round Multi-Skilled Labourers
- Experienced Machine Operators (GPS knowledge & current VOC highly regarded)
- Dogman
- Skilled & General Labourers
- Riggers
- Formwork Carpenters
- Carpenters
- EWP Operators
- Manitou Operators
- Traffic Control Forklift Operators

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in construction or civil environments
- White Card (essential)
- Relevant current tickets with demonstrated industry experience




- Current VOC for plant and machinery (highly advantageous)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (essential)
- Australian work rights
- Availability Monday to Sunday for ongoing work
- Ability to work autonomously and within teams
- Strong safety focus and communication skills Proactive, reliable, and task-driven work ethic
