We are a well-established, independently owned radiology group proudly serving the Sunshine Coast and hinterland communities. We have practices in Noosa, Cooroy, Coolum and Gympie with further expansion in 2027, including Nambour. We are committed to delivering high-quality imaging and reports. We are focused on remaining at the forefront of new imaging techniques to benefit our staff, referrers, and patients.

Across our practices we provide a comprehensive range of imaging and procedural services including MRI, PET/CT, CT, SPECT/CT, breast imaging (MRI, CEM, DBT), ultrasound, fluoroscopy, BMD, dental imaging, and general x-ray. Patient care is always our number one priority and focus for our onsite teams.

About This Chance

With continued growth in our imaging services and site expansion, we have a great new opportunity for a lead in Musculoskeletal Imaging.

The role will oversee the strategic development, clinical leadership, and operational performance of our musculoskeletal imaging services. This is a pivotal role responsible for optimising referrer and patient experiences, optimising clinical pathways, and driving service innovation within a high-growth private healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with reporting radiologists, referrers, and partner healthcare providers to maintain seamless clinical pathways.
- Oversee existing musculoskeletal radiology fellowship training.
- Technical & reception staff training and development in musculoskeletal imaging across all imaging modalities.




- Protocol development & workflow optimisation in musculoskeletal imaging across all imaging modalities.
- QA development in musculoskeletal imaging across all imaging modalities.

About you

- Working rights in Australia.
- Fellow of RANZCR or RCPSC.
- Current Specialist registration with AHPRA or potential registration via RCPSC pathway.
- Subspecialty musculoskeletal fellowship training.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- A passion for service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with referrers and staff.
- Desire to contribute to a forward-thinking, independent practice.
