About the Opportunity

Canterbury BMW is part of Autosports Group, one of Australia’s leading automotive retail groups. Located in Sydney’s Inner West at 376–384 Canterbury Road, we represent the full BMW new vehicle range in a modern, state of the art showroom environment.

We are looking for a driven and professional New Car Sales Consultant to join our New Car department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive salesperson who wants to work with a prestige brand and be part of a results-focused team.

About the Role

As a New Car Sales Consultant you will:

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales journey
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business
- Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations and test drives
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Accurately manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce
- Work closely with the Finance, Aftersales and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless handover
- Maintain a high standard of product knowledge across the current BMW range
- Represent the BMW brand with professionalism and integrity at all times





About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Proven experience in new or used car sales (prestige/premium brand experience highly regarded)
- A robust customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
- A track record of achieving sales targets
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- High personal presentation and professionalism
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- Comfort using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage)
- A positive attitude and the desire to continuously improve
