As a sales consultant, you'll form an important team member responsible for you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our diverse range of new and used vehicles, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with customers, understand their needs and requirements, and match them with the right vehicle
2. Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to customers
3. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a seamless purchase experience
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate referrals
5. Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall sales success of the dealership
6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a similar sales consultant or customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
3.



Excellent negotiation and closing skills
4. A passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of vehicles and their features
5. Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
6. A positive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
