About the Role We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Penrith team, with the opportunity to build a wide-ranging caseload across both our local clinic and the surrounding community.
This is a great option for an OT who enjoys the flexibility and variety of community practice but also values having a clinic base, regular team connection and the option to see participants in a dedicated therapy space.
Your week can include a mix of clinic-based appointments and visits with participants in their homes, schools and community environments, allowing you to work with people in the settings most relevant to their goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver functional, strengths-based and person-centred Occupational Therapy services
- Work across a mix of clinic and community-based appointments in Penrith and surrounding areas
- Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
- Support participants to build independence and work towards meaningful everyday goals
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues across allied health and Behaviour Support
- Manage a varied caseload with flexibility to structure your working day
- Utilise clinic, community and telehealth options based on participant and clinical needs
- Participate in regular supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration if you’re graduating
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based appointments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative, curious and person-centred approach to therapy
