Perth WA | Permanent Part-Time | 15 hours per week | $37.76–$50.00 per hour + super
A genuinely flexible OT role — without the full-time caseload
Floriana Recruitment is partnering with an established NDIS provider seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their growing service on a permanent part-time basis. Working approximately 15 hours per week across 2–3 days, this opportunity offers genuine flexibility around how your working week is structured, while stepping into a service with existing demand for Occupational Therapy support.
It could be particularly well suited to an experienced OT looking to reduce their hours, complement another role, return to part-time work, or simply create better balance without stepping away from clinical practice.
The opportunity
You’ll provide community-based Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants across the Perth metropolitan area, supporting clients to improve their independence, functional capacity and participation in everyday life. The role combines community visits, telehealth and work-from-home activities, including report writing, documentation and administration.
Client appointments are coordinated with practical travel in mind, with the provider servicing participants across the broader Perth metropolitan area.
Importantly, this is not a role where you’ll be expected to build a caseload from scratch — there is already existing demand for OT services, with the opportunity for your hours to increase as the caseload continues to grow.
