Expert Hearing Care is looking for a motivated, organised, and creatively minded Administration Officer to join our growing East Perth team. You’ll be a key part of our head office and clinic support network — helping ensure our clients receive exceptional care and our team has everything they need to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Process claims through HSP, DVA, WorkCover, WorkSafe, and other funding bodies with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to our clinics and head office team.
- Maintain and update patient records, documentation, and internal databases.




- Respond to phone and email enquiries with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
- Assist with invoicing, reporting, stock management, and general office administration.
