Your role within the team

As our Omnichannel Activation Manager, you’ll bring our brands to life across digital and physical retail touchpoints. You’ll deliver best-in-class Point of Purchase and Retail Media content and assets that make our brands easy to find and choose across Pharmacy, Grocery, Amazon and other eRetail channels. You’ll help drive our omnichannel transformation by executing retail media activations with key eRetail partners.

Using insights and data, you’ll also shape best-practice toolkits, frameworks and processes that improve the shopper experience and deliver greater impact.

Key responsibilities include:

- Point of Purchase (POP) Content: Maintain point of purchase assets and digital content standards in accordance with retailer capabilities, and continually seek ways to innovate to improve the path-to-purchase

- Enable our Omnichannel Activation: Deliver omnichannel retail media executions—including internal or agency briefing,



artwork approvals, and flawless implementation across all instore/online touchpoints. Transform retail media plans into effective, innovative omnichannel assets that drive discovery and convert shoppers.

- Optimise Internal Processes: Collaborate with additional cross-functional work areas including Brand Marketing, PMO, and Legal & Regs to codify content processes from initial development through to syndication to retailers

- Build Ongoing Capability: Monitor industry best practice, emerging trends, and new opportunities to share with omnichannel team to build ongoing capability, develop best-practice toolkits and reset benchmarks for success. Support in the design and delivery Omnichannel Capability programs for the broader Commercial team

Desired Skills & Experience We look for people who have what it takes to make an impact; who can challenge us to go further while pushing themselves to deliver exciting & ambitious results.

To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:

- 5+ years’ experience in eRetail or Retail Media (preferred), or Shopper, Trade or Brand Marketing.

- Strong understanding of eCommerce, the omnichannel path-to-purchase, and best-in-class brand and shopper experiences that drive conversion online and in-store.

- Hands-on experience developing, executing and optimising digital campaigns, using analytics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Ability to write effective content briefs and develop systems,



processes and optimisation frameworks.

- Digital Marketing or eCommerce experience or qualifications, including sales channels such as Amazon, Chemist Warehouse and eBay; marketing channels including Website, Search, Display and Email; and analytics platforms are preferred.

- Working knowledge of Project Management tools such as Monday.com, Digital Asset Management tools such as SkuLibrary and IntelligenceBank, Digital Shelf Analytics tools such as Profitero, and retailer platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central and Epsilon is highly regarded.

- Working knowledge of basic design tools such as Photoshop and Canva is advantageous.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering with retailers, customers, vendors and other external stakeholders.

- End-to-end project management experience, delivering projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity and uncertainty.
