About the role
- Full property management and permanent letting units.
- Performance of Body Corporate duties
- Supervision of contractors
- On call for after hours emergency
- Minor maintenance
Skills and experience preferred
- Property management
- Trust account & legislation
- Solid verbal & written skills
- Strata knowledge preferred
- Full Queensland Real Estate Licence or willing to get one.
- Self Motivated
- Will train suitable person if needed
Compensation
- Must have ABN
- 28 days/4 weeks paid annual leave
Must be able to reside on site. 2 Bedroom unit provided along with water, internet and electricity provided. References and police check required.
