Do you want to change how vocational education in Australia works — and how the sector adopts AI? If that's the job you've been waiting for, we want to talk to you.
You know what it takes to build a quality assessment tool. The mapping. The validation. The rework after validation. The weeks that disappear into a single unit of competency.
Now imagine sitting with a learning designer who is exactly where you were — and showing them the same work done in minutes, audit-defensible, first time.
That's the job.
What we're buildingSupaHuman builds AI operating systems for complex, regulated industries. Our flagship product, VETos, is the AI operating system that vocational education providers run on — automating assessment design, learning design, compliance documentation, and operational workflow. Customers become 10× more productive, with every output audit-defensible and regulator-ready.
We don't build for a faceless market. VETos gets built with the sector — alongside RTOs, TAFEs, PTEs, compliance specialists and instructional designers, in the work itself. We're now growing across Australia, and this role owns how that lands with every client.
The roleReporting to the AU Country General Manager, you own onboarding and adoption across the Australian client portfolio. You're the person recent customers meet first and work with most closely — the one who turns a signed agreement into a team that genuinely works differently.
Commercial ownership — pipeline, activation, contracting — sits with the AU GM. Your remit starts once a client is on board: structured onboarding, training their people, embedding the workflows, and making sure value shows up quickly and keeps compounding.
This is not a passive support role. You'll proactively drive momentum — but the momentum you're driving is usage, not pipeline.
What you'll actually be doing
- Acting as the primary onboarding contact for new VETos customers in Australia — day one, training, milestones, check-ins.
- Delivering onboarding sessions, workshops and training for client teams, remotely and in person.
- Working in VETos alongside client teams — unit of competency setup, industry and learner profile generation, assessment and assessor guide generation, compliance mapping, training resource generation. Not describing the workflows; running them together until the client can run them alone.
- Driving usage across whole customer teams, not just a pilot group, and guiding clients from a first use case into wider organisational rollout.
- Spotting adoption risk early, escalating, and driving it to resolution.
- Building trusted relationships with both hands-on practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- Bringing customer insight back into product and delivery — and improving the onboarding method itself so each one is better than the last.
Who we're looking forWe're looking for a VET practitioner, not a SaaS generalist. Most likely you've been a learning designer, instructional designer, trainer/assessor, or a compliance and quality lead inside an RTO or TAFE — and you've personally built assessment tools, mapped units of competency, and sat through validation. VET sector experience — the core requirement
- Hands-on experience developing training and assessment in the Australian VET sector.
- You've built assessment tools and assessor guides yourself, and you know how long it really takes.
- Fluent in units of competency, assessment practice, validation and compliance requirements.
- Ideally 5+ years inside an RTO, TAFE or comparable provider.
- A current Trainer and Assessor qualification.
Training, facilitation and change
- Comfortable leading training sessions and workshops, remotely and in person.
- Experience supporting teams through changes to systems, workflows or ways of working.
- Effective with practitioners and executives alike, with strong verbal and written communication.
- Willing to attend national industry conferences on behalf of SupaHuman.
Technology and AI curiosity
- A genuine appetite for AI and what it changes about this work. Prior SaaS experience is not required.
- You pick up new tools quickly and enjoy showing other people how they work.
- Confident walking a client through a platform live, without a script.
Delivery and coordination
- Strong organisation across several clients at once, and comfortable working independently and remotely.
Why this role is worth your time
- You own AU onboarding end to end. Every new Australian client's first months run through you.
- You bring this to your own sector. You've felt the problem — now you get to solve it at scale.
- You shape how we scale. The onboarding method you build in Australia becomes the template for our next market, and shapes the methodology, the training material and the product itself.
- You work at the front edge of applied AI in one of the most advanced platforms operating in the VET sector.
A note on the shape of this role: this is a craft role, not a generalist seat. We're looking for someone who wants to become genuinely excellent at making change stick inside education providers — and who'd rather go deep on that than spread thin across a funnel.
We live by three values — Be Brave, Be Hungry, Be Human — and we're looking for someone who embodies them and puts customers at the centre of their work.
