We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to help turn operational data into actionable insights and improve the way business processes work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing information, identifying inefficiencies, and finding practical solutions to everyday operational challenges.

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational data, performance metrics, and business processes.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal teams and management.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify unusual trends or issues.
- Investigate process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Collect, organize, and validate data from different operational sources.
- Support forecasting, planning, scheduling, and resource management activities.
- Track operational projects, tasks, and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, sales, customer service, and other teams.
- Document workflows, processes, findings, and improvement recommendations.





? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of business operations and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical reasoning.
- Ability to identify patterns, investigate issues, and draw logical conclusions.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
