? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational data, workflows, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Monitor key operational indicators and identify trends or unusual changes.
- Support teams with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with documenting and improving operational procedures.
- Coordinate with departments such as finance, sales, customer service, product, and operations.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and operational projects.
- Track project tasks, deadlines, and business improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, data visualization, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
