? Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, employee engagement, and internal processes.
- Collaborate with leadership and department teams on people and organizational priorities.
- Assist with employee development, learning, training, and growth opportunities programs.
- Analyze employee feedback, engagement data, and organizational trends.
- Support performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Help design and improve internal policies, programs, and organizational processes.
- Coordinate workshops, training sessions, team development activities, and internal programs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for organizational improvement.
- Promote a positive, cooperative,



and growth-oriented workplace culture.
