Role Summary

Are you obsessed with setting cultural trends rather than just watching them unfold? We’re looking for a Senior Social Manager / Creative Lead (Organic) to shape the digital presence of some of Australia’s top brands. You won't just be managing feeds; you’ll be defining brand voices, pitching high-impact creative concepts, and executing scroll-stopping organic strategies.

If you possess a rare mix of high-level creative vision, hands-on production chops, and sharp strategic instincts, this is your playground.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect end-to-end organic social strategies that build brand equity, capture cultural relevance, and turn audiences into communities.
- Conceptualise, script, film, and edit native short-form video concepts (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) from pitch to final cut.




- Identify emerging audio, platform updates, and internet subcultures to position client brands at the center of timely conversations.
- Pitch bold ideas confidently to senior stakeholders, educating clients on social-first risks and strategic creative direction.
- Translate platform analytics into creative takeaways for refinement based on performance data.

What You'll Bring

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional social media and content creation role;
- Expertise in developing and executing organic content strategies;
- Experience in short-form video content creation;
- Copywriting skills who can shift tone-of-voice;
- A sharp eye for graphic composition, feed aesthetics, and design trends;
- Excessive usage of TikTok and Instagram - if there's a trend, you're already on it
- Experience in monitoring content performance and applying learnings to future strategies;
- Experience managing client relationships and project managing the creative workflow;
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Understanding of post-production - being able to edit content to achieve desired outcomes;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and
- Strong attention to detail.
