- Stewardship of performance management (process, coaching, supporting, continuous improvement) - First escalation point for IR issues (external adviser will be available for use for complex matters) - Own and run the induction process - Manage staff grievance process - Return to work assistance - Trainee and work placement management - Oversee the talent management Requirements - 3-5 years experience in a HR or related role - Bright with great people skills - Lots of energy and positivity - High level of professionalism - Based in the Newcastle / Central Coast / Hunter
