We are partnering with a growing and innovative business within the real estate industry to find an experienced and highly organised Launch Specialist to join their team.

This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role where you will take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for new agency partners, ensuring every milestone is completed, deadlines are met and each new partner receives an exceptional experience from initial set-up through to launch.

You will act as the key point of contact throughout the onboarding journey, coordinating internal teams, training, documentation, systems and launch requirements to ensure every new partnership gets off to the strongest possible start.

The Role:

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new agency partners
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding and set-up
- Coordinate and facilitate induction, sales process and onboarding training
- Maintain proactive and clear communication with partners throughout their journey
- Ensure questions or concerns are addressed and resolved promptly
- Work closely with Business Managers and internal teams to coordinate successful handovers and launches
- Coordinate onboarding meetings, training sessions and key deadlines
- Manage pre-launch checklists and ensure all requirements are completed ahead of launch
- Coordinate agency launches in collaboration with the marketing team
- Complete launch reports and maintain accurate onboarding documentation
- Review paperwork, agreements and agency set-up to ensure everything is completed within required timeframes
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively find solutions throughout the onboarding process
- Take ownership of administration queries and support within the onboarding department




- Assist with process improvements, innovation and ongoing evolution of onboarding and administration processes

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders at once
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Proactive, accountable and solutions-focused
- Comfortable facilitating training and guiding clients through new processes
- Experienced within real estate, property, onboarding, operations, administration, customer success or a similar workplace
- Someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional level of service
- A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously
