About the role
Wimmera Lutheran College - Dimboola Campus is seeking a caring and enthusiastic teacher to join its vibrant regional school community as a Primary Classroom Teacher in 2027.
This is a 12-month, 0.6 FTE contract position and is ideal for someone who wishes to teach where every student is known, valued and supported to thrive.
The successful candidate will
- establish and maintain a positive, focused classroom
- demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm and a commitment to continuous growth
- support the Christian ethos of the College and contribute positively to the school community
- have a sound understanding of the Australian Curriculum
About you
- Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teachers (or able to obtain registration)
- Bachelor of Education (Primary) or equivalent
- Accreditation, or willingness to undertake accreditation, to teach Christian Studies in a Lutheran school
- Strong communication,
organisation and teamwork skills
- Commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive education
