This full time position is a key part of our retail team. Based in our Alexandria store you will support and manage team of customer facing Pro Audio sales staff, overseeing daily operations of the department, enable your team to reach sales targets while delivering best sales and customer service practice.

Regular Duties Include:

- Team Leadership & Performance: Manage rosters, attendance, punctuality, and overall performance of Sales Consultants, fostering a positive team culture. Provide training, coaching, and motivation to help staff reach their goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Sales & Service Excellence: Oversee sales procedures, investigate and resolve order discrepancies, and ensure your team maintains high standards in service, product knowledge, and sales technique. Meet individual and team KPIs and targets.
- Operational & Store Standards: Ensure department cleanliness, maintenance, safety compliance,



and category/brand presentation. Liaise with our product team on stock, product launches, and inventory needs, while supporting digital tools (Pronto, Zoho, Outlook, etc.) for smooth operations.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with Store Management to implement company policies and maintain accurate store records (e.g., SharePoint). Contribute to stocktakes and other business activities as required.

Essential Skills and Experience Required:

- Must have experience leading a customer facing retail team.
- Working knowledge of Pro Audio equipment range. While expertise across all categories isn’t expected, our range includes studio equipment, DJ gear, MIDI production, Live Sound, Synths, and lighting.
- Highly developed skills in sales and customer service.

Non-Essential Skills Or Experience Qualifications in Retail and/or Leadership are not essential but highly regarded.
