It's just moved from start-up to scale-up, and the brief for this next phase is simple: get bigger, take more swings, have more fun doing it.

The Prospect

This is a new seat inside a growing creative team, reporting to the Creative Director. You'll produce everything the creative function touches, paid ads, podcasts, social, shoots, UGC, creator collabs, brand activations, and turn the brand's trusted voice and existing podcasts into a real content machine behind an aggressive growth target. You'll sit alongside a Designer, Writer, Video Editor and Art Director, plus a bench of external creators you manage directly.

What You'll Actually Own

- Build the in-house agency with the Creative Director: less freelance reliance, more concept-to-iterate capability at volume, working closely with performance on what's working.
- Produce the podcasts end to end, from scheduling and guest liaison through to show notes and repurposing episodes into short-form content.




- Run the logistics behind brand activations and stunts, and manage talent, creator and contractor relationships day to day.
- Keep the pipeline honest, concept through post, so good ideas actually ship.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years producing video end to end, ideally for high-velocity social and paid content.
- Agency-grade discipline you can run without an agency around you, and a real feel for how in-house is different: closer to the data, faster loops.
- A track record managing talent and contractors well, people stay briefed and want to work with you again.
