Blackmores is seeking a Product Quality Complaints Manager on an 18-month parental leave cover to elevate the PQC function across ANZ, SEAK and Greater China through capability building and continuous improvement. You will lead a small team of two, partnering with senior leaders to shape metrics, dashboards and reporting, and to translate complaint data into meaningful trends, insights and actions that protect our consumers and brand.
