Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Architect role based in Melbourne, VIC.

The Project

Architect will lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept through documentation and construction, ensuring design intent is maintained and technical standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design solutions, preparing drawings and specifications, managing project timelines, and liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors. The role involves overseeing site coordination, responding to RFIs, and assisting with contract administration to support smooth project delivery.

The Project

Architect will collaborate with the design team, mentor junior staff,



and contribute to a culture of quality and innovation in human-centered architecture and interiors.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience leading architectural projects from concept design through construction documentation and delivery.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design, interior coordination, and detailing, with a focus on human-centered environments.
- Competence in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization software).
- Solid understanding of Australian building codes, standards, planning regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Effective project management skills, including scheduling, coordination with consultants, and managing multiple project priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Professional degree in Architecture and registration or eligibility for registration as an Architect in Australia.
- Experience in contemporary architecture and interior design practice; familiarity with sustainable and user-centered design principles is highly beneficial.
