Specific Group is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Sydney team and become an significant part of delivering commercial furniture, logistics and FF&E; projects across some of Sydney’s most exciting workplaces, hotels and commercial developments.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend every day doing the same thing.

You’ll be right in the middle of the action — helping coordinate people, deliveries, schedules, clients, suppliers and project information to make sure everything comes together when it needs to.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working alongside our Project Managers, Operations and Warehouse teams, you’ll help coordinate projects from planning through to completion.

Your day could include

- Coordinating project schedules, labour and site requirements
- Communicating with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Organising deliveries, collections, storage and installation dates
- Reviewing floor plans, placement plans, packing lists and project information
- Making sure upcoming projects have everything they need before work begins
- Tracking project progress and keeping stakeholders updated
- Coordinating site access, inductions and documentation
- Assisting Project Managers with project planning and administration
- Helping manage changes, variations and additional works
- Keeping project systems and information accurate and up to date
- Working closely with our Operations team to keep projects moving
