Our client is searching for an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer from within the urban development civil contracting sectorto take on a leadership position across a portfolio of greenfield land projects in Adelaide.
You will be accountable for the overall performance of either a portfolio of projects or specific projects dependent upon the experience from within the urban development civil construction industry, and as such will be required to:
- Administer the head contract and subcontracts.
- Establish and maintain the construction program.
- Establish and monitor the budgets.
- Manage clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees.
- Ensure the project quality,
safety and environmental objectives are achieved.
- Submit monthly project reports for review.
Must Have
- Bachelor level degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
- Experience across the area of land subdivision and/or civil construction.
- Contracts management.
- Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Driven and enthusiastic with a positive, hands-on attitude to project delivery
- Right to work in Australia (not requiring sponsorship)
