Project Manager | Large Mixed-Use Projects

$100M–$400M Projects | Sydney City Fringe & Metropolitan Locations | End-to-End Project Ownership The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing national property development and construction business delivering major residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney’s city fringe and metropolitan locations.

You’ll be responsible for projects valued between $100M and $400M, with genuine ownership from early project opportunity and strategy through to construction, completion and handover.

This is more than a traditional construction Project Manager role. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and clients from the early stages of projects, helping shape delivery strategies, support bids and secure work before taking the lead through construction.

What You'll Do

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of major residential and mixed-use developments valued between $100M and $400M.

- Support the conversion of project opportunities into secured work through delivery planning, strategy and client engagement.

- Develop and manage project programmes, procurement strategies and commercial outcomes.

- Lead and mentor Site Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Administrators and broader project teams.

- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, specialist trades and internal business units to achieve successful project outcomes.

- Manage project risk, quality, safety, programme and commercial performance.

- Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants,



contractors and key stakeholders.

- Provide clear reporting and project leadership to senior management.

- Drive projects through construction, completion and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering major residential, mixed-use or similarly complex construction projects.

You’ll ideally have

- Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued at $100M , ideally up to $400M.

- Strong experience across residential and/or mixed-use construction.

- Excellent commercial, contractual and programme management skills.

- The ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Strong client relationship and communication skills.

- Experience managing procurement, consultants, subcontractors and project risk.

- A collaborative and accountable leadership style.

- The ability to operate strategically while maintaining a solid delivery focus.

- A genuine interest in being involved in projects from inception through to completion.
