Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal – Project Scheduler – Offshore Support Team 6-Month Contract | Monday–Friday | 40–50 Hours Per Week Onsite with Flexible Working Arrangements Local Candidates Only – Must live in the Mackay/Sarina region We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join the team at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal. Working within a complex operational environment, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and managing project, shutdown, maintenance, and operational schedules to support safe and efficient project delivery.

Essential Requirements - Minimum 5 years’ planning and scheduling experience.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience within mining, ports, bulk handling, or heavy industry.
- Demonstrated experience with shutdown and brownfield project scheduling.
- Experience integrating maintenance, operations, and project delivery schedules.
- Proven ability to work within live operational facilities.

Technical

Skills - Critical Path Method (CPM).

- Resource loading and levelling.
- Schedule forecasting and progress reporting.
- Constraint management.
- Risk-based planning.
- Baseline control.
- Cost and schedule reporting.

Operational

Experience - Brownfield project execution.
