Envision Energy is expanding its project pipeline across international markets, creating an exciting prospect for an experienced Project Proposal Manager to join our team.

This role will lead the development of project management proposals during the Sales phase, covering crane and installation, transportation and logistics, execution methodology, project scope and commercial risk.

You will work closely with Sales, Solutions, Procurement, Engineering and Project Delivery teams to develop competitive, cost-effective and deliverable solutions, while engaging directly with customers and suppliers throughout the sales process.

The Prospect

This role extends far beyond proposal preparation.

You will take ownership of the project management proposal from the Sales phase through contract award, developing technically robust and commercially competitive solutions that can be successfully delivered.

You will play a key role in defining execution strategies, assessing project risks and opportunities, developing supplier solutions and ensuring a seamless transition from Sales into Project Delivery.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to develop competitive solutions, optimise project costs, manage commercial and technical risks, build strong supplier relationships and support Envision in securing and successfully delivering major wind projects across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the project management proposal throughout the Sales phase.
- Act as the customer interface for project management proposals and present solutions as required.
- Coordinate with Sales, Solutions, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering and Project Delivery teams throughout the sales process.
- Develop comprehensive execution strategies covering transportation, route assessment, crane and installation, testing,



commissioning and logistics.
- Develop project solutions including tower solutions, non-standard scope, balance of plant and other project-specific requirements.
- Prepare project schedules, tender documentation and commercial inputs required for project bids.
- Identify, assess and quantify project risks and opportunities (R&O;) and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support contract review, negotiation and closure, working closely with Legal and other internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market competitiveness, conduct cost analysis and establish cost benchmarks to improve proposal competitiveness.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide feedback to Solutions and other internal teams.
- Support Procurement in the development and management of suppliers for crane, installation and logistics services.
- Maintain knowledge of available crane, installation and logistics equipment and capabilities across relevant international markets.
- Develop cost-effective cranage, installation and logistics solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Support supplier technical concept reviews and ensure contractual and technical terms are fit for purpose.
- Facilitate the effective handover of the project management solution to the Project Delivery team.

What You'll Bring

- Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, proposal management or a related role.




- Strong technical knowledge of onshore wind projects.
- Experience in wind farm project sales, transportation, crane operations, installation or project management.
- Strong experience in supplier management and commercial negotiation.
- Demonstrated capability in cost analysis, project pricing and commercial evaluation.
- Experience working with a wind OEM would be highly regarded.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, commercial and project teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
- A commercially minded and solutions-focused approach, with the courage to challenge, a continuous pursuit of success and a commitment to higher standards.
- Melbourne location with willingness to travel internationally as required.
