Calder Psychology is growing, and so is the number of clients and referrals coming through our doors. We are looking for a Registered Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, or Psychologist with an area of endorsement to join our expanding team in South Perth, WA.

We’re particularly interested in psychologists who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based and client-centred care across the lifespan.

About Calder Psychology

Calder Psychology is a growing private practice committed to providing a safe, supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected and empowered.

Our work spans children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, with services including:

- Individual and group therapy
- Anxiety, depression and emotional regulation
- Trauma and PTSD, including trauma-informed interventions and EMDR
- ADHD and autism assessments
- Cognitive, and psychosocial assessments
- Neurodevelopmental presentations
- Children and adolescent mental health
- Relationship and family support
- Coaching and psychoeducation
- Group therapy and therapeutic programs
- Crisis prevention, recovery and resilience programs
- Telehealth services

We use evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT-informed strategies, EMDR and trauma-informed care, while tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs and goals.

About the opportunity

We are seeking a psychologist who wants to build a rewarding caseload while being part of a warm, collaborative and growing practice.

You will have the opportunity to:

✨ Work with a diverse range of presentations and age groups

✨ Provide individual therapy and, where interested, contribute to group programs

✨ Develop and utilise your areas of clinical interest and expertise

✨ Complete psychological and/or neurodevelopmental assessments where appropriately qualified

✨ Work collaboratively with other psychologists and allied health professionals





✨ Build a caseload aligned with your strengths and professional interests

✨ Access flexible working arrangements, including telehealth

✨ Participate in professional development, training and ongoing growth

✨ Work with supportive administration so you can focus on clinical care

We are open to casual and part time arrangements, with flexibility around days and hours.

✔️ AHPRA registered as a psychologis t✔️ A Clinical Psychologist or psychologist with an area of endorsement, or a Registered Psychologist with strong clinical experien ce✔️ Committed to evidence-based, ethical and client-centred pract ice✔️ Warm, compassionate and able to establish strong therapeutic relations hips✔️ Comfortable working with a diverse client popul ation✔️ Interested in contributing to a collaborative practice c ulture✔️ Motivated to continue developing profess ionally
