Scopic Care – Family Services and Therapy is based in Rouse Hill, Sydney.

We provide psychological assessment and therapy across the lifespan, supporting individuals and couples.

We believe good psychological care starts with something simple: a genuine relationship. Before techniques, treatment plans or assessments, we want our clients to feel heard, understood and secure.

To meet the growing need for our services, we are looking for psychologists who share this way of working and want to be part of a practice that is growing thoughtfully.

We are looking for two types of psychologists

1. Registered or Clinical Psychologist

We are looking for a Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join us on a part-time basis, either as an employee or contractor.

You may be someone who enjoys working across a varied caseload, or someone who has a particular age range or presentation interest.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Provide individual therapy and psychological assessment
- Work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families
- Develop a caseload that aligns with your clinical interests
- Participate in case discussions and collaborative clinical thinking
- Access a broad range of therapy and assessment resources
- Contribute to therapeutic groups and family programs, if this interests you
- Help develop new programs and services as the practice grows

You don't need to do everything. We are interested in understanding your strengths and interests and seeing how these can fit within a growing practice. 2. Provisional Psychologist (employment basis only)

We are also keen to support Provisional Psychologists who want to develop their clinical practice in a collaborative setting.

While formal AHPRA primary supervision is not offered in-house, we ensure our provisional clinicians receive ongoing peer guidance, case consultation, and practical learning opportunities,



offering a well-rounded foundation beyond your external supervision requirements.

You will have opportunities for:

- Regular case discussion and clinical guidance
- Exposure to a diverse range of presentations and age groups
- Developing skills in assessment and therapeutic intervention
- Access to extensive therapy resources and assessment materials
- Opportunities to become involved in therapeutic groups and programs
- Developing practical skills in parent support and family work
- Contributing to the development of new programs as your skills grow

What matters to us

We are looking for someone who is:

- AHPRA registered as a Registered, Clinical or Provisional Psychologist
- Eligible for registration with Medicare (unless provisionally registered)
- Warm, approachable and genuinely interested in people
- Committed to building strong therapeutic relationships
- Comfortable working with children,



adolescents and/or families
- Open to working with neurodivergent clients using an affirming approach
- Curious, reflective and willing to continue developing clinically
- Professional, reliable and organised
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice

Desirable
- Experience working with children or families
- An interest in psychological assessment
- An interest in running therapeutic groups
- Experience or interest in neurodiversity and/or trauma-informed practice

Practice hours Monday–Saturday | 9:00 am – 7:00 pm

Part-time days and hours can be discussed with the successful applicant.
