? The RoleWe are looking for a motivated QA Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) to support software testing, defect identification, quality assurance, and release validation. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop practical experience in software quality assurance and testing.

? Key Responsibilities

- Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and software applications.
- Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Review business and technical requirements to identify testing needs.
- Verify defect fixes and conduct regression testing before releases.
- Support test planning and release validation activities.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and other QA team members.
- Maintain accurate testing records and quality reports.
- Assist with API, database, and basic system testing where required.
- Participate in sprint meetings,



planning sessions, and quality reviews.
- Help identify opportunities to improve testing processes and automation.
- Communicate testing results, risks, and issues clearly to project teams.

✅ Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA processes.
- Familiarity with test cases, defect tracking, and software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Jira, Postman, SQL, Selenium, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong willingness to learn testing tools and technologies.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Australian work eligibility is required.
