We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and quality-driven QA Analyst to help ensure our software products are reliable, functional, and ready for users. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys testing different scenarios, discovering hidden issues, and working closely with development teams to deliver a better product.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute test cases based on product requirements and user workflows.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Identify, reproduce, and document software defects with explicit details.
- Work with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Retest fixes and verify that defects have been properly addressed.
- Review requirements and identify potential risks, gaps, and edge cases.
- Maintain test plans, test results, defect reports, and QA documentation.
- Support improvements to testing processes and release workflows.
- Provide feedback to improve product quality, usability, and reliability.

? What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with test cases, bug tracking, and defect life cycles.
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative mindset.
- Ability to think creatively about different user scenarios and edge cases.
- Basic knowledge of web applications, APIs, SQL, or databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira, Postman, Selenium, or similar tools is beneficial.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning modern testing and automation practices.
