We’re looking for a detail-driven, curious, and quality-focused QA Analyst to help ensure our software is reliable, intuitive, and ready for real-world use. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating how things work, finding unexpected issues, and collaborating with teams to create better products.

? Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute test cases based on product requirements and user scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Identify, reproduce, and document software defects with clear steps and evidence.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Retest fixes and verify that reported defects have been successfully addressed.
- Review requirements to identify potential risks, gaps, and edge cases.
- Maintain test plans, results, defect reports, and QA documentation.
- Support improvements to testing processes and release procedures.
- Provide quality-focused feedback on product functionality and user experience.





? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA processes.
- Familiarity with test cases, bug tracking, and defect life cycles.
- Excellent attention to detail and an investigative mindset.
- Ability to think through different user journeys and edge cases.
- Basic knowledge of web applications, APIs, SQL, or databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, Selenium, or similar platforms is beneficial.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning manual testing, automation, and contemporary QA practices.
