We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and quality-focused QA Analyst to help ensure our products and applications deliver a reliable, smooth, and consistent user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding issues, thinking from a user's perspective, and working closely with technical teams to improve product quality.

? Key Responsibilities

- Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Create and maintain clear test cases, test scenarios, and testing documentation.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to investigate issues.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure reported issues are properly resolved.
- Perform cross-browser, device, and usability checks where required.
- Assist with testing new features, product updates, and releases.
- Monitor testing results and communicate potential quality risks.
- Help maintain QA standards, processes, and testing best practices.
- Contribute ideas for improving testing efficiency and overall product quality.

? What We’re Looking For





- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA processes.
- Familiarity with test cases, bug tracking, and issue reporting.
- Basic knowledge of web applications, APIs, databases, or SQL is a plus.
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and investigative mindset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new testing tools and technologies.
