? We’re Hiring: QA Tester / Automation Engineer
? Employment Type: Full time
? Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled QA Tester / Automation Engineer to join our technology team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications.
? Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks.
- Analyze test results and prepare clear testing reports.
- Perform API testing and validate backend services and integrations.
- Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and compatibility testing.
- Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and release validation.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback related to software quality.
- Improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and QA processes.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows.
- Maintain test cases, test data, documentation, and QA standards.
- Monitor application quality and proactively identify potential risks and defects.
✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience with manual testing and/or automated testing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar automation tools.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database testing is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing tasks.
- Strong willingness to learn new testing tools and technologies.
- Relevant internship, academic, or personal QA projects are an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
