We’re looking for a detail-focused, curious, and quality-driven QA Analyst to help ensure our software is reliable, functional, and ready for real-world users. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys testing different scenarios, discovering hidden issues, and collaborating with development teams to create better products.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute test cases based on product requirements and user workflows.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Identify, reproduce, and document software defects with clear steps and evidence.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Retest fixes and verify that reported defects have been successfully addressed.
- Review requirements to identify potential risks, gaps, and edge cases.
- Maintain test plans, test results, defect reports, and QA documentation.
- Support improvements to testing processes and software release workflows.
- Provide feedback on product functionality, usability, and overall quality.

? What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with test cases, bug tracking, and defect life cycles.
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative mindset.
- Ability to think through different user journeys and edge cases.
- Basic knowledge of web applications, APIs, SQL, or databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira, Postman, Selenium, or similar tools is beneficial.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning manual testing, automation, and modern QA practices.
