Due to increasing enrolments, Bright Beginnings Learning Centre Tarneit is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable Qualified Educators and motivated Trainees.

Qualified Educator Roles:

We are seeking three additional qualified educators to work across various roles within the service including

- Infant Room Educator - We are seeking a Certificate III qualified educator to join our infant room. In this role, you will work alongside our educational leader and 2IC to design, implement, and evaluate a play-based curriculum and document children's learning and development. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with rotating shifts.
- 3yr old Kinder Educator - We are seeking a diploma-qualified educator to join our kinder room. In this role, you will work alongside one of our ECT's to design, implement, and evaluate a play-based curriculum and document children's learning and development. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with rotating shifts.
- Float Educators - Within this role you will work across all five rooms, replacing educators who are on leave, so for this position, you will need to be a quick thinker who can build relationships with children and coworkers easily and have a good understanding of play-based learning and documenting children's learning and development. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with rotating shifts.

Trainee Roles:



We are seeking two individuals who are ready to start their career in early childhood and are willing to put 100% into their personal professional growth, whilst learning from a supportive and talented group of mentors.

What you will need:

- A current Working with Children Check
- A strong commitment to keeping children safe
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and care
- A can do attitude
