Contract: Permanent (fulltime) with 4 weeks annual leave
Days/Hours of Duty: 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday

Qualifications/Experience: Current Blue Card, experience in recruitment essential, qualification in HR desirable but not essential.

We are looking for a Recruitment Administration Officer to join our Team and Culture Department and play a key role in attracting, recruiting, onboarding and supporting talented people who align with Silkwood’s vision, values and culture.
This is a people focused and administrative role that combines recruitment, candidate care, employment administration, compliance and workforce coordination. You will be at the centre of the recruitment journey, from creating engaging advertisements and supporting candidate selection, through to onboarding new team members and ensuring they have everything they need to successfully commence at Silkwood.
About You
You are an orgnaised, proactive and people focused professional who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments and making things happen.
You will have robust attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
You understand that recruitment is about more than filling a vacancy; it is about creating a positive experience for candidates and finding people who are the right fit for the role and the organisation.
More specifically, your ‘Key Result Areas’ include:
- Manage Team Recruitment Processes: Using the organisational guides and handbooks, manage the implementation of Silkwood’s recruitment processes.
- Manage the Relief Staffing Cover Processes: Implement Silkwood’srelief cover staffing processes to ensure the organisations day to day work is adequately covered.
- Manage the Team Onboarding/Offboarding and Induction Process: Manage theprocess to successfully onboard/offboard and induct new team members into Silkwood.
- Manage Employment Administration and Compliance: Develop and manage the implementation of the employment processes for the organisation to ensure that Silkwood is compliant with all industrial relations requirements.
- Team and Culture Administrative Support: Work in partnership with the Team and Culture Department to support and progress the area mission.
