We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will provide reception support across multiple locations, including Parramatta, Five Dock, and Chatswood. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet all incoming customers/visitors on arrival and providing hospitality
- Handle all incoming phone calls in a skilled and friendly manner
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Processing timely and accurate vehicle registrations
- Day to day office management including ordering supplies, sending/ receiving parcels and managing contractor/suppliers.
- Respond to incoming sales enquiries over the phone, email and online
- Assist customers with product enquiries and other customer service support




- General administrative duties as required

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
