Role Description

Recruitment is one of the few professions where you can do the entire job well and be paid nothing for it.

The client hires internally. The candidate takes a counter. Another agency gets there first. None of that reflects on how you sourced, screened, or managed the process.

The skill itself is rare. Reading people quickly, understanding what someone actually wants, and knowing whether what you have in front of you is a genuine fit. That travels well beyond recruitment.

This role uses those skills in a different market. It is remote and performance-based, within the personal development and leadership education sector. You would be working independently, with training, mentoring, and an established system behind you, speaking with people who have already put their hand up rather than candidates you had to source and chase.

What the Role Looks Like

- Consultative conversations: engage with prospective clients internationally, assessing alignment and suitability
- Campaign execution: run advertising across digital platforms within proven, established systems
- Program representation: share approved information about structured e-learning and development programs
- Performance insight: interpret campaign data and refine your approach with evidence
- Ongoing development: participate in structured mentoring and continued qualified growth

Who This Is For

- Recruitment background: three or more years in agency recruitment, executive search, or internal talent acquisition
- Strong judgement of people: you assess suitability quickly and are comfortable saying when something is not a fit




- Comfortable being mentored: you are willing to learn a proven model rather than rebuild one from scratch
- Self-directed: you manage your own time and hold your own standard without supervision
- Performance-oriented: you are comfortable with earnings tied to your own results rather than a fixed salary

Backgrounds in agency recruitment, executive search, internal talent acquisition, contract and temporary recruitment, or recruitment marketing are well suited to this role.
