About the Position
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Canberra team. Offering $70,000 + Super plus uncapped commissions, you’ll manage a full 360° recruitment desk, building client relationships, sourcing quality candidates and delivering outstanding results. Working in a hybrid arrangement (Canberra-based), you’ll have the autonomy to grow your desk while being supported with the tools and structure needed to succeed.

Position Description
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles
- Source, screen, interview and present quality candidates
- Develop new business and grow existing client relationships
- Achieve individual activity, placement and billing targets
- Deliver a first-class experience for both clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline management
- Contribute to the ongoing growth of the Canberra desk and broader agency operations
Position Requirements
- Strong hospitality management experience and solid industry knowledge, ideally combined with recruitment or talent acquisition experience within a hospitality environment (such as hotel Talent Acquisition or in-house recruitment)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Must be based in Canberra (hybrid role – regular office presence required)
