Are you an accounting professional, Registered Tax Agent, or BAS Agent with the ambition to build or scale a client portfolio in your local market?

We are seeking motivated professionals across regional Australia and major country centers who can build relationships, market locally, and win SME and small-business clients requiring ongoing accounting, tax, and business services.

PremierOne Tax & Accounting primarily supports SMEs with annual sales above $500,000, while AffordBooksTax focuses on micro and small businesses with annual sales below $500,000.

You win the business clients. We take care of the rest.

You focus on networking, relationships, local marketing, and business development. We provide the professional engine behind you: accounting and tax expertise, compliance support, systems, technology, processes, training and back-office resources.

We are a CPA Australia Practice supported by experienced FCPA, CPA, and CA professionals. We are also a Registered Tax Agent, a Registered ASIC Agent, and a Xero Gold Partner.

Whom are we looking for?· A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline, or CPA, CA or IPA studies/qualification (partly or fully completed).

· Registered Tax Agents and BAS Agents wanting to scale and grow their existing practice are also strongly encouraged to respond.

· Accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, or relevant commercial experience.

· Strong local/community and business networks,



with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to find, win and retain business clients.

· Tech-savvy and confident in using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other up-to-date marketing tools to generate leads.

· Willingness to invest your own time, effort and resources in learning, networking and marketing.

· Long-term and appropriate Australian working rights.

A modest investment. Shared success.We want ambitious accounting professionals to be able to build a local business without a substantial upfront investment.

Licence & Establishment Investment: $2,950 + GST

This contributes to initial brand licensing, onboarding, training, system setup, access to established processes and intellectual property, and initial business development support.

Thereafter, the commercial relationship is primarily based on an attractive revenue-sharing model - when you grow, we grow. Full commercial terms, responsibilities and license conditions will be provided to shortlisted applicants and documented in a formal written agreement.
