Role Description The Remote Operations Specialist is a part-time role responsible for supporting the operational and administrative activities of the AIDE Lab. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project timelines, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation for ongoing AI development and evaluation efforts. The role involves managing communication between team members and external collaborators, scheduling meetings, and ensuring effective information flow across projects.
The specialist will assist with basic reporting, process improvement initiatives, and support logistics for virtual events or workshops. This position is fully remote and requires consistent, reliable availability during agreed-upon working hours.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret project data, identify patterns, and support operational decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, draft clear correspondence, and facilitate remote collaboration.
- Operations management skills to help organize workflows, maintain documentation, and improve lab processes.
- Project management skills to support planning, scheduling, tracking deliverables, and managing competing priorities.
- Sales or stakeholder engagement skills to assist with outreach, relationship management, and presenting lab initiatives to partners when needed.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort using digital collaboration tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, shared document platforms, project tracking software).
- Experience in healthcare, research, or technology environments is beneficial but not required.
- Relevant education or training in operations, business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
