$55K Base + Super + Performance Bonuses | Full-Time Remote No cold calling. No prospecting.
We provide the warm leads. Your job is to work them, follow them up and convert them.
We’re looking for a confident phone-based salesperson who wants a full-time remote role with a solid base and strong performance upside.
The Role
- 9 AM–5 PM AEST, Monday–Friday - 38 hours per week
- Work company-provided warm leads
- Follow up participants and progress Service Agreements
- Manage your CRM pipeline and follow-ups
- Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
- Take inbound and outbound phone calls and support customers alongside the wider Customer Service team
- Maintain accurate notes, stages and tasks
- Attend regular check-ins with your Manager to stay aligned on workload, pipeline and results
This isn’t a role where you just sit on booked calls. You need to be fast, organised, persistent and willing to own the customer journey from enquiry through to completion.
The Numbers
Base: $55,000 + super
Performance Bonus:
$200 per successful conversion once:
1. The Service Agreement is signed; and
2.
The participant completes their initial appointment; and
3. The appointment has been invoiced and paid.
Target: 1 signed Service Agreement per productive day. Strong performers can achieve 5–15 signed agreements per week depending on lead flow and performance.

- Are genuinely strong on the phone
- Know how to sell and follow up
- Can handle objections confidently
- Are comfortable working heavily inside a CRM
- Can switch between sales and customer service calls
- Take ownership of your numbers
- Are comfortable with targets and regular performance check-ins
- Can commit full-time Monday–Friday, 38 hours per week
