We are looking for a reliable Kitchen All-Rounder to join our team. The role involves general kitchen preparation and assisting with daily kitchen operations.
Asian kitchen experience is preferred but not a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food preparation including cutting cooked chicken & pork meat, and other ingredients
- Basic food assembly and plating
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting the Chef during busy service periods
- Stock rotation and basic kitchen duties
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Understanding of basic food safety practices
