Role Description The Retail Partnerships & Stockist Sales Agent – Fashion Accessories / Leather Goods is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Melbourne Area. This role is responsible for identifying, approaching, and managing retail partners and stockists, including boutiques, department stores, and specialty retailers. Daily tasks include prospecting current accounts, presenting the Heartbeat Global collection, negotiating terms, and maintaining ongoing relationships to maximize sell-through and brand visibility.

The agent will visit stores, conduct product training for retail teams, ensure merchandising standards are met, and collect market feedback to inform product and sales strategies. Collaboration with internal teams on inventory planning, promotional campaigns,



and customer service support is also part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present products, negotiate terms, and build long-term business relationships.
- Customer Service and Training skills to support stockists, conduct in-store product training, and ensure a positive brand experience.
- Proven Sales skills in retail or wholesale, ideally within fashion accessories, leather goods, or related consumer goods.
- Understanding of Insurance and basic commercial terms relevant to retail agreements, shipping, and stock management is beneficial.
- Experience developing and managing retail partnerships or stockist networks in the Greater Melbourne Area or broader ANZ region.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS standards, and retail operations.
- Ability to work on-site, travel regularly to store locations, and manage time and territories effectively.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting to track leads, sales performance, and partner activity.
- Background in sales, business, fashion, or a related field; formal qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
