The Opportunity

Koppen Construction is seeking an experienced Profiler Operator to join our growing civil construction team.

This position involves working across a variety of projects throughout Cairns region and Far North Queensland, including both local Cairns-based work and regional remote projects. As part of the role, you must be willing and able to travel and work away from home when required.

You will be responsible for operating profiling machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship across road construction, rehabilitation, and infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years proven experience operating profiling machinery

- Minimum HR truck licence is required

- Strong understanding of profiling processes and best practices

- Commitment to safe work practices and site compliance

- Ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality outcomes

- Reliable, honest,



and professional work ethic

- Current White Card

- Ability and willingness to travel and work away from home on regional and remote projects

- Strong teamwork and communication skills
