Norco AgriSolutions has been serving customers since 1948, with 26 stores across NSW and QLD, Animal Nutrition mills, and an in-house commodity trading team. About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Bowraville retail store for an enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated team member to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing retail role where no two days are the same, combining sales, merchandising, customer service and warehouse duties.

You’ll work closely with local farmers and a wide range of community customers, helping them find the right products and practical solutions for their needs, while working across both the retail store and warehouse. You’ll play a key role in this space, helping customers quickly and safely with product selection, loading, and advice.

You’ll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team who take pride in helping their customers and each other.

Your Day-to-day Activities Will Include

Providing sales and customer service,



including agricultural advice and product recommendationsBuilding strong relationships with customers and supporting repeat businessWorking across both the retail store floor and warehouse environmentMaintaining store presentation and merchandising displaysAssisting with stock, including ordering, receipting, stocktakes and dispatchProcessing sales and preparing quotesAssisting with local deliveries as required

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great service, and has a genuine interest in agriculture or rural products. You’re organised, reliable, and comfortable balancing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You’re also comfortable working in both a retail and warehouse setting and enjoy hands-on work, including assisting customers with loading products.

Skills And Experience

Solid customer service and sales experienceExperience in rural retail or warehousing (highly desirable)An understanding of the agricultural industry (highly desirable)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systemsPhysically capable of handling manual tasksA strong commitment to workplace health and safetyCurrent driver’s licence (essential)Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
