About The Role

An opportunity for a talented, values-driven Casual Sales Assistant to support day-to-day operations and contribute to an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members.

Reporting to the Area Manager, this casual role is based in Toronto, NSW.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Retail General Industry Award, Level 1.

Key Responsibilities

Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devicesSort, price and prepare donations for sale.Assist in the development and coordination visual merchandising and store presentation Provide exceptional Customer Service Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedureFollow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures Demonstrate TSA core values in all work related activities

About You

Retail sales experience - highly regarded but not essentialStrong customer service skillsGenuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding resultsAlignment with our values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversityHigh energy,



hand-on individual with solid interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibly to work a rolling roster including weekendsPreparedness to work across various locations in the retail area
