Role: we’re looking for a Junior Event Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis. This role will support our Event Producers across the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of events and projects.
You’ll be working alongside our wider team, assisting with project administration, timelines, run sheets, supplier coordination, research, event documentation, stakeholder communication and general production support.
This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to gain genuine experience across the full event lifecycle, including event setup, live delivery and pack-down. You’ll be exposed to a variety of projects and work closely with experienced producers who will provide direction and support as you develop.
The role will initially be approximately 15-20 hours per week,



with the opportunity for additional hours as we move into our busier event periods.
Location: Our office is based in Subiaco, however we offer some flexibility depending on project requirements and other commitments. To apply you must live in Western Australia and have the capability to work on-site at events across Perth, including some evenings and weekends as required.
Skillset & ExperienceStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.Excellent organisation and time management skills.Explicit written and verbal communication.A strong work ethic and willingness to get involved across all areas of event delivery.Ability to take direction, receive feedback and apply it quickly.Initiative and confidence to ask questions when needed, while also being able to work independently once a task is understood.A genuine interest in building a career in the events industry.Ability to work on-site in Perth, WA, including evenings and weekends as required.Current study or recent completion of an Events, Tourism, Hospitality or related qualification is preferred.Previous event experience is beneficial, but attitude, reliability and quality of work are our priority.
