Take the lead on project delivery in Darwin with an established Australian-owned fire protection contractor delivering projects across the Northern Territory.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Darwin team, delivering fire protection projects across commercial and industrial sites. This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to a construction Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from award through to completion.
Fire protection experience is highly regarded; however, we are also interested in experienced Project Managers from broader construction and building services backgrounds.

About The Role
This is a site-based Project Manager role responsible for delivering projects from award through to completion.
You will manage all aspects of project performance, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Working closely with our Darwin project and construction teams, you will take ownership of project performance across programme, cost, procurement, subcontractors and site activities.
Your Role
Managing project delivery, including budgets, timelines and resourcingCoordinating subcontractors and site activitiesProcurement and management of materials and equipmentLiaising with clients,
consultants and key stakeholdersMonitoring project performance and reporting on progressEnsuring compliance with safety, quality and project requirementsContributing to project planning and delivery from start to finishMonitoring project risks and commercial performanceResolving project and site issues to keep delivery on track
About You
Diploma in Project Management (or equivalent qualification/experience)Proven experience as a Project Manager within constructionFire protection experience highly regarded (wet and/or dry fire)Strong understanding of site-based project deliveryExperience managing subcontractors, procurement and project budgetsAbility to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesStrong commercial awareness and understanding of project deliveryHigh level of accountability, organisation and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to work across teamsA proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solvingCandidates must hold valid Australian working rights
Defence Project Requirement
This role may involve work on Defence projects. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required Defence security clearance and site access approvals.
